Privacy
What the contact form collects, where it goes, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
The short version
This site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts that follow you anywhere. The only personal information it ever receives is what you type into the contact form, and it is used to reply to you.
There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.
What the contact form collects
- Your name and email address. Required, because otherwise I cannot reply.
- Project type, budget range and timing. Optional. They let me answer usefully in the first reply rather than the third.
- Your current website, if you have one. Optional.
- Your message. Whatever you choose to put in it.
Nothing else is captured. The form does not record your IP address, your location, your browser or where you arrived from.
Where it goes
Submitting the form sends those fields to a small function running on Cloudflare Pages, which passes them straight to Resend, an email delivery service, which sends them to my inbox at Gmail. The message is not written to any database along the way.
That means three companies are technically involved in handling your message — Cloudflare, Resend and Google — in the same way they would be if you emailed me directly. Each has its own privacy policy.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that turn into projects are kept for as long as I am working with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within about a year.
I do not add anyone to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email ugljesabodroza92@gmail.com and I will do it — there is no process, it is one person and an inbox.
If you are in the EU or the UK, those are rights you have under the GDPR. The lawful basis for handling your enquiry is legitimate interest: you contacted a business asking it to reply.
The demo sites
The projects linked from the work section are separate sites and behave differently. The invented ones simulate carts, sign-ins and bookings entirely inside your own browser — nothing is transmitted, no payment is ever taken, and clearing your browser data removes all of it.
Two of the linked projects are real products with real accounts. Each has its own terms and handles data on its own basis; this page covers only farsight.rs.
Changes
If this page changes materially I will change the date below. There is no version history worth keeping; the policy is short because the practice is simple.
